Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

Contact Crowe Bookkeeping Solutions LLC by phone, email, or by scheduling a consultation. During our conversation, we'll discuss your business, current bookkeeping processes, challenges, and goals.

Step 2: Review Your Books

If you're currently using QuickBooks Online, we'll guide you through granting accountant access so we can review your books and better understand your needs.


Not using QuickBooks Online? No problem. We'll discuss your current bookkeeping system and determine the next best steps for your business.

Step 3: Receive a Customized Proposal

After reviewing your information, we'll prepare a personalized proposal outlining our recommended services and associated fees.

 

Your proposal may include services such as:

  • Monthly Bookkeeping
  • Catch-Up Bookkeeping
  • Cleanup Bookkeeping
  • Payroll Support
  • QuickBooks Online Training
  • Financial Reporting
  • Other bookkeeping-related services as needed

You decide which services best fit your business and budget.

Step 4: Proposal Review

We'll schedule a time to review the proposal together, answer your questions, and ensure you understand the recommended services before moving forward.

Step 5: Engagement & Authorization

Once you're ready to proceed, we'll provide:

  • Engagement Letter
  • Payment Authorization Form

Simply review, sign, and return the documents.

Step 6: Leave the Bookkeeping to Us

Once onboarding is complete, Crowe Bookkeeping Solutions LLC will take it from there. We'll begin implementing your selected services and work to keep your books accurate, organized, and up to date so you can focus on running your business.
